Consortium Member definition

Consortium Member means a company specified in Recital (B) as a member of the Consortium;}

Consortium Member means any of the natural or juridical persons or group of persons comprising a Consortium, each having a definite interest in the common undertaking, solidarily liable in the Bid and whose interest will be converted into an equity participation in the corporation that will become the Project SPC if the Consortium is awarded and accepts the Project.
