Connected Party definition

Connected Party means, in relation to a Relevant Person:
Connected Party means the Company or the Depositary, and the delegates or sub-delegates of the Company or the Depositary (excluding any non-group company sub-custodians appointed by the Depositary), and any associated or group company of the Company, the Depositary, any delegate or sub-delegate;
Connected Party means in relation to the Goods the Owner, exporter, importer, supplier, purchaser, carrier or any agent of any of the aforementioned parties, other than the Company.
