Authorised Representative is a person appointed to act as an authorised representative on behalf of a party for the purposes of this Agreement.
The works as described in Outage Notification Form shall proceed as outlined unless commented upon by the Client, and/or any Authorised Representative nominated by the Client, within 2 calendar days of the Outage Notification Form being issued.
