Examples of Competing Business in a sentence
Become employed by, advise, perform services for, establish, have any ownership interest in, invest in or otherwise engage in any capacity, whether directly or indirectly, with a Competing Business in the Restricted Area.
For a period of one (1) year after the Separation Date, you shall not, directly or indirectly, whether as owner, partner, shareholder, consultant, agent, employee, co-venturer or otherwise, engage, participate, assist or invest in any Competing Business (as defined below).
During Employee’s employment with the Employer and for a period of one (1) year following termination or expiration of this Agreement, Employee shall not Work (without the prior written consent of Employer), within the Territory, either directly or indirectly, on the Employee’s own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, perform for any Competing Business any services which are the same as or essentially the same as the services the Employee provided for the Employer.
From the date of this Agreement until twelve (12) months following the Retirement Date, Grantee shall not directly or indirectly (i) have any equity interest in any Competing Business, or (ii) manage, operate, control, work for, provide services to, be employed by, advise, assist, or take similar action in connection with a Competing Business, where Xxxxxxx’s position or service is of the same or similar nature as the work Grantee performs for the Company.
During employment and the Restricted Period, Executive will not, within the Territory, engage in a Competing Business, provide services to a Competing Business similar to those that Executive provided to the Company, become an officer or director of a Competing Business, or otherwise directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, join, control, finance or participate in the ownership, management, operation, control, or financing of a Competing Business.
