Commodity Hedge Contract definition

Commodity Hedge Contract means any commodity exchange, swap, forward, cap, floor, collar or other similar agreement or arrangement entered into for the purpose of hedging the Partnership Group’s exposure to fluctuations in the price of hydrocarbons or other commodities in their operations and not for speculative purposes.
Commodity Hedge Contract means any commodity exchange, swap, forward, cap, floor, collar or other similar agreement or arrangement entered into for the purpose of reducing the exposure of the Partnership Group to fluctuations in the price of hydrocarbons (including liquefied natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas) in their operations and not for speculative purposes.
Commodity Hedge Contract means any commodity exchange, swap, forward, cap, floor, collar or other similar agreement or arrangement entered into for the purpose of hedging the Partnership Group’s exposure to fluctuations in the price of hydrocarbons.

  • Designated Hedge Agreement means any Hedge Agreement (other than a Commodities Hedge Agreement) to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party and as to which, at the time such Hedge Agreement is entered into, a Lender or any of its Affiliates is a counterparty.
