Commodity Hedging Agreements definition

Commodity Hedging Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any commodity purchase contract, commodity futures or forward contract, commodities option contract or other similar contract (including commodities derivative agreements or arrangements), to which such Person is a party or a beneficiary.
Commodity Hedging Agreements means any futures contract or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary against fluctuations in commodities prices.

Commodity Hedging Agreements means the Existing Commodity Hedging Agreements and any other agreement (including each confirmation entered into pursuant to any master agreement) providing for swaps, caps, collars, puts, calls, floors, futures, options, spots, forwards, power purchase or sale agreements, fuel purchase or sale agreements, emissions credit purchase or sales agreements, power transmission agreements, fuel transportation agreements, fuel storage agreements, netting agreements, commercial or trading agreements, weather derivatives agreements, each with respect to, or involving the purchase, transmission, distribution, sale, lease or hedge of, any energy, generation capacity or fuel, or any other energy or weather related commodity, service or risk, price or price indices for any such commodities, services or risks or any other similar derivative agreements, any renewable energy credits, carbon emission credits and any other “cap and trade” related credits, assets or attributes with an economic value and any other similar agreements, entered into by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, in each case under this definition, in the ordinary course of business, or otherwise consistent with Prudent Industry Practice in order to manage fluctuations in the price or availability to the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of any commodity and/or manage the risk of adverse or unexpected weather conditions.
Commodity Hedging Agreements means agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in the price of (i) crude oil, natural gas, or other hydrocarbons, including refined hydrocarbon products; (ii) electricity and other sources of energy or power used in the Company’s refining or processing operations; or (iii) any other commodity; in each case, in connection with the conduct of its business and not for speculative purposes.

Commodity Hedging Agreements means, whether physically or financially settled, any agreement providing for swaps, futures or forwards, natural gas purchase or sale agreements, and options and any other similar derivative agreements (such as and including written puts), each with respect to, or involving the purchase, sale, or hedge of any natural gas price or price indices for any such commodities, in each case solely to hedge the risk of such prices associated with Holdings’ and its Subsidiaries’ operations and not for speculative purposes.
Commodity Hedging Agreements means any swap agreement, cap, floor, collar, exchange transaction, forward agreement, or other exchange or protection agreement relating to Hydrocarbons or any option with respect to any such transaction, including any derivative financial instruments.
