City Services definition

City Services means those municipal public services provided within the District by the City and specifically described in Exhibit C.

City Services means those governmentalservices that are required from the City in conjunction with Filming Activities, including but not limited to traffic control, public safety services, and site locations.

City Services means the services provided by the City pursuant to Section 5.02 of this Agreement.

Examples of City Services in a sentence

• Any citizen of the City of Spartanburg may speak at a regular meeting on any matter pertaining to City Services and operations germane to items within the purview and authority of City Council, except personnel matters, by signing a Citizen’s Appearance form prior to the meeting stating the subject and purpose for speaking.

• Forms are available for this purpose from the EEO Officer located in City Hall or from the Human Resources Department located in the City Services Building.

• If representations are received, these are considered by the Cabinet Member for City Services.

• In accordance with the City Council's procedure for dealing with petitions, those relating to traffic management, road safety and highway maintenance issues are considered by the Cabinet Member for City Services.

• A dependant shall be paid double the allowance prescribed in subclause (1) hereof.

More Definitions of City Services

City Services has the meaning ascribed to it in section 2.1;

City Services means services that are owned by the City of Edmonton. This shall include water services only if the construction is done in conjunction with sanity services.

City Services means the services provided by Contractor at no additional cost to City buildings and public locations as provided in Section 3.8, Section 11 of Exhibit A, and Exhibit F. Collection

City Services means those services provided by the City that are required and/or necessary for event production.

City Services means City services provided or required by the City of Cullman as a result of event conduct. City services are those services which are generally available services of the city, including labor and materials, which are provided by the City for an organized event, including public safety services such as safety, traffic and crowd control, public works services, and the use of public structures, instrumentalities, or equipment. The term does not include services provided under a contract with the City or an employee of the City on an extra-duty or off-duty status, including traffic control or security.

City Services means the Department’s team or successor unit thereof that assists Arizona municipalities with administrative functions and all other activities related to transaction privilege tax licensing, collection, and compliance of any kind. In this Agreement, all references to electronic communications with City Services shall be directed to the team’s address at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.

City Services means the activities performed by the City to fulfill the obligations contained within this Agreement, including project management and coordination, preparing invoicing and progress reports, design review, permit review and issuance, and related activities more specifically described in Exhibit B.
