Capital Reserve Fund definition

Capital Reserve Fund means the reserve fund created and established by the Authority in

More Definitions of Capital Reserve Fund

In addition, the reports shall include all disbursements from the Capital Reserve Fund as well as the work financed by such disbursements. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this License Agreement, the remainder of the Capital Reserve Fund shall be disbursed to Licensee.
Capital Reserve Fund or “Sinking Fund” has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6.C. “Code of Virginia” means the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, or successor provisions of law.
