Reserve Fund definition

Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
Reserve Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
Reserve Fund means the separate trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.20 hereof.

Reserve Fund means each account established for Imposition Reserve Deposits, the Replacement Reserve Fund, the Repair Reserve Fund (if any), the Rate Cap Agreement Reserve Fund (if any), the Rental Achievement Reserve Fund (if any), and any other account established pursuant to Article IV of this Loan Agreement.
