Examples of Cancellation in a sentence
Cancellation by you – If you or any member of the intended party is unable or disinclined to travel for any reason – this includes but is not limited to illness (including COVID), a requirement or recommendation to self isolate, or quarantine, shielding, a call to jury duty, military service, incarceration, change in personal or work circumstances, family emergencies, travel delays, vehicle breakdown, and delays with public transport.
If Resident fails to obtain approval for a Contract Cancellation Request submitted prior to the Contract Effective Date and remains an Admitted UCR student, they shall be responsible for the full Contract terms and conditions.
Cancellation fees are assessed based on the dates indicated on the Cancellation website.
Cancellation for winter storage prior to the month Oct 1st will be entitled to a refund less a 10% handling charge.
In the event of the CONSULTANT’s non-compliance with the non-discrimination provisions of this AGREEMENT, the AGENCY shall impose such AGREEMENT sanctions as it, the STATE or the FHWA may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to: • Withholding of payments to the CONSULTANT under the AGREEMENT until the CONSULTANT complies, and/or; • Cancellation, termination, or suspension of the AGREEMENT, in whole or in part.
