Examples of Book Entry in a sentence
With respect to certificates representing shares of Common Stock (or Book Entry shares of Common Stock) outstanding as of the Record Date, until the Distribution Date, the Rights shall be evidenced by such shares of Common Stock registered in the names of the holders thereof together with the Summary of Rights, and not by separate Rights Certificates.
EDP shall comply with the applicable Portuguese laws, regulations and procedures and with procedures set forth in this Agreement in respect of the early redemption and the exercise of options in relation to Book Entry Instruments.
Clauses 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and Clauses 4.6 to 4.18 (inclusive) shall apply to all Instruments other than Book Entry Instruments.
With respect to Book Entry shares of Common Stock outstanding as of the Record Date, until the Distribution Date, the Rights shall be evidenced by the balances indicated in the Book Entry account system of the transfer agent for the Common Stock together with the Summary of Rights.
