Billing Dispute definition

Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
Billing Dispute means an instance where a Customer states in good faith that their bill contains incorrect charges, payments or adjustments. Billing Disputes are a specific form of Complaint dealt with only in terms of the Billing Disputes Procedure set out herein.
Billing Dispute means the dispute of an Invoice prepared by the Access Provider for the Access Seeker which is made in good faith.

  • Within five (5) business days of BellSouth’s denial, or partial denial, of the billing dispute, if FamilyTel is not satisfied with BellSouth’s resolution of the billing dispute or if no response to the billing dispute has been received by FamilyTel by such sixtieth (60th) day, FamilyTel must pursue the escalation process as outlined in the Billing Dispute Escalation Matrix, set forth on BellSouth’s Interconnection Services Web site, or the billing dispute shall be considered denied and closed.

  • Neither party shall use any information obtained from the other party during the course of any process invoked under this Procedure for any purpose other than the resolution of the particular Billing Dispute.

  • A Billing Dispute can only be validly initiated through the submission of a valid Billing Dispute Notice using the Customer Zone.


More Definitions of Billing Dispute

Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by a Party to the other Party which is made in good faith;
