Examples of Auditor Report in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement and the Auditor Report, the aggregate Deposit/Prepayment Value shall not exceed $500,000.

Auditor Report means a confirmation from the Issuer’s external auditor that the Eligible Costs, based on a sample of accounts of the Issuer (such sample to include the material expenditures of the Issuer), are in accordance with the Issuer’s accounting records and that the classification of costs is consistent with the classification in the Issuer’s audited financial statements and tax return for the preceding year, and with the methodology and allocation principles applied in the financial statements and tax return for the preceding year. Related to Auditor Report

  • Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

  • Remittance Report A report prepared by the Master Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the NIM Insurer in accordance with Section 4.04.

  • Auditor’s Report means the auditor’s report on the Financial Report; “AEDT” means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
