ESDM Report definition

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Church & Trought Inc. (CTI) and dated October 22, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Erik Martinez, Conestoga-Rovers & Associates Ltd. and dated August 25, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the most current Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report that describes the Facility. The ESDM Report is based on the Original ESDM Report, is prepared after the issuance of this Approval in accordance with section 26 of O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document by the Company or its consultant.

Examples of ESDM Report in a sentence

• The Company shall operate Equipment with Specific Operational Limits approved by this Certificate in accordance with the original ESDM Report and Conditions in the Certificate.

• The Company is required to have an up to date ESDM Report and Acoustic Assessment Report that describe the Facility at all times and make the Emission Summary Table and Acoustic Assessment Summary Table from these reports available to the public on an ongoing basis in order to maintain public communication with regard to the emissions from the Facility.

• The Company is required to have an up to date ESDM Report that describes the Facility at all times and make the Emission Summary Table from this report available to the public on an ongoing basis in order to maintain public communication with regard to the emissions from the Facility.

• Upon expiry of Condition 2.1 of this Certificate, the Company shall apply for amendment to include the current ESDM Report in Schedule A as Supporting Documentation to this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Roy Sabino, Airzone One Ltd., and dated July 10, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance Limited and dated August 8, 2008 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document dated February 19, 2009 and prepared by Jacques Whitford Limited, submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate;

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associates and dated September 22, 2009, submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by AMEC Earth & Environmental, a division of AMEC Americas Limited and dated March 4, 2010 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up- dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associates and dated March 2011 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in the attached Schedule "A" and all subsequent up-dated ESDM Reports as applicable;
