Asset Management Services definition

Asset Management Services means solutions, deployed by Adobe Stock customers directly or via third party services, that allow users to search for and license Adobe Stock Works, as well as to organize, select, and maintain records related to Adobe Stock Works, including systematically connecting licensed Adobe Stock Works to the customer’s internal platforms (e.g., digital asset management and content management systems).

Asset Management Services means those Services described in Section 4.1 of the SOW, either individually or in the aggregate as the context requires, with regard to REO Properties.

Examples of Asset Management Services in a sentence

• You shall not use Asset Management Services in connection with things manufactured by a Third Party without procuring and maintaining appropriate consent and licenses from such Third Party (as may be required) in your own responsibility.

• If we grant you access to Adobe Stock Works, you may use them solely to develop and deploy Developer Software for Adobe Stock Affiliate Partners, Asset Management Services, Marketing Platforms, Print-on-Demand, and Third Party Software Integrations.

• If your Developer Software is for Asset Management Services, Marketing Platforms, Print-on-Demand, or Third Party Software Integrations, you may allow third parties to view watermarked or thumbnail versions of the Adobe Stock Works that have not been licensed.

• For purposes of this Agreement, “Investment Management Services” are all of the services to be performed by the Manager under this Agreement, including Asset Management Services, Program Management Services and Cash Management Services, each as described in Section 2 below.

• The Management Company has been incorporated and registered as an Asset Management Company under the Non-Banking Finance Companies Rules, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) for the purpose of undertaking Asset Management Services.

More Definitions of Asset Management Services

Asset Management Services means each of Agent’s obligations pursuant to Addendum D attached hereto. As used in this Agreement, “Property Management Services” means each of Agent’s obligations pursuant to Addendum A, Addendum B, and Addendum C attached hereto, as well as Agent’s obligations pursuant to Section 2.1(b)-(d) and Section 5.3 below.

Asset Management Services means the rendering of investment advice, making determinations as to when sales and purchases are to be made, or the selling or purchasing of assets, and related activities;

Asset Management Services means the services set out in Schedule 2, subject to variation in accordance with this Agreement;

Asset Management Services means the asset management services to be rendered by the Manager to the Company in accordance with clause 6.5 and as set out in Annexure A;

Asset Management Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

Asset Management Services means the services described in Section 8.0 of this SOW.

Asset Management Services means, in a manner consistent with the Management Standard, the execution of real property leases and equipment leases related to the distribution, manufacturing and supply chain where a Non-Securitization Entity remains a Co-obligor on such leases, and the management, operation and administration of leased and owned property in the distribution, manufacturing and supply chain.
