Annual Revenue definition

Annual Revenue means the Company’s or a business unit’s net sales for the Fiscal Year, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; provided, however, that prior to the Fiscal Year, the Committee shall determine whether any significant item(s) shall be excluded or included from the calculation of Annual Revenue with respect to one or more Participants.
Annual Revenue means the actual revenue achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • If agreed to by the Province and the Partnership in writing, the Province may pay the Annual Revenue Sharing Payment for a Fiscal Year in a Fiscal Year that is earlier than the Fiscal Year in which payment is due.
