Analysis Period definition

Analysis Period means the period from the Commencement Date until the Completion Date (inclusive of those dates); ‘Authority’ includes any government departments, agencies and instrumentalities of the State of Western Australia, Ministers and any body that is established or continued for a public purpose by an Act of the Parliament of Western Australia (including body corporate Ministers), and includes any employee, officer or agent of an Authority listed; ‘Business Day’ means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Western Australia; ‘Commencement Date’ means 1 June 2024; ‘Completion’, ‘Complete’ or ‘Completed’ means the completion of the Project in accordance with the Proposal and the requirements of this Agreement (including the Guidelines); ‘Completion Date’ means on or before 5pm on 30 April 2025;
