Additional Membership Interests may be created and issued to existing Members or to other Persons, and such other Persons may be admitted to the Company as Members, including Non-profit Members, at the direction of a Majority Interest, on such terms and conditions, and with such Sharing Ratios and Commitments, as a Majority Interest may determine, at the time of admission, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Act.
