Without Prejudice or Precedent. The Parties agree strictly for the By-Law Enforcement Officers only, that is permissible to establish a work schedule outside of the normal work week (Monday through Friday) and standard hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily). Such a schedule will establish a normal work week in which Saturday and Sunday shifts will form part of the normal work week for all By-Law Enforcement Officers with Saturdays and Sundays no longer being their days off. Such a schedule will establish new hours of work for all By-Law Enforcement Officers which will be outside of the standard hours of work. The schedule will be posted four (4) weeks in advance ensuring two consecutive days off and will not incorporate the use of split shifts.
Without Prejudice or Precedent. 2.1 This agreement is entered into without precedent or prejudice to the positions of either party in this dispute and may not be used by either party for any reason without the expressed written permission of the other party.
