Verification Statement. The Grantor hereby waives the requirement to be provided with a copy of any verification statement issued in respect of a financing statement or financing change statement filed under the PPSA in connection with this Agreement.
Verification Statement. The Customer waives its right to receive a copy of the Verification Statement in respect of any financing statement relating to the security interest granted to the Company by the Customer.

I also acknowledge my understanding that housing assignments are made on a first-come, first- served basis and that I am not guaranteed my preferences as entered online.
Verification Statement. The customer waives any rights to receive notice of any verification statement issued under the Personal Properties Securities Act.
