– Union Establishment. 2.1 The Employer agrees to retain in its employ within the bargaining units, as outlined in Article 1 of this Agreement, only members of the Union in good standing. The Employer shall be free to hire new employees who are not members of the Union, provided said non-members, whether part-time or full-time employees, shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall make application within ten (10) days after employment and become members within thirty (30) days.
– Union Establishment. 4.01 (a) It is agreed that all employees covered by this Agreement shall become and remain members of the Union in good standing as a condition of employment.

Such employees will be required as a condition of employment, to have the equivalent of regular Union dues deducted from their earnings each pay period. Such deductions will be forwarded to the Union by the Employer along with the Union dues deductions of the other employees in the bargaining unit. The Employer shall be free to hire new employees who are not members of the Union, provided said non-members, whether part-time or full-time employees, shall be eligible for membership in the Union, and shall make application on the first (1st) day of employment, and become members within thirty (30) days.
– Union Establishment. 2.01 The Company agrees to retain in its employ within the Bargaining Unit as outlined in Section 1 of this Agreement, only members of the Union in good standing. The Company shall be free to hire or rehire new employees who are not members of the Union, provided said non-members, whether part-time or full-time, shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall make application on the official membership application form within ten (10) calendar days from date of hire or rehire and become members within thirty (30) calendar days.
– Union Establishment. 2.01 (a) The Employer agrees that all employees in the bargaining unit shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union as a condition of employment. Employees shall complete a membership application form which the Employer shall remit to the Union monthly. All employees who are covered by the terms of this Collective Agreement are required, as a condition of employment, to pay union dues.
– Union Establishment. 2.1 The Co-operative agrees to retain in its employ within the Bargaining Units, as outlined in Article 1 of this Agreement, only members of the Union in good standing. The Co- operative shall be free to hire new employees who are not members of the Union, provided said non-members, whether part-time or full-time employees, shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall make application within ten (10) days after employment and become members within thirty (30) days.
– Union Establishment. 2.1 All employees within the bargaining unit who were members of the Union on the date of certification shall continue to be Union members, pay dues and assessments. All employees covered by this Agreement who were or will be hired after that date shall become Union members within thirty (30) days of commencing employment and shall continue to be Union members, pay dues and assessments as a condition of employment.
– Union Establishment. 2.01 Employees who are brought within the jurisdiction of the Union’s Certificate of Bargaining Authority, including newly hired employees, shall become members of the Union by the first day of employment in the bargaining unit.
– Union Establishment. Employees shall make application for membership in the Union at the time of hiring and the Company shall forward such application to the Union. The Company agrees to retain in its employ, within the Bargaining Unit as outlined in Section (a) of this Agreement, only members of the Union in good standing. The Company shall be free to hire new employees who are not mem- bers of the Union provided said new employees shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall, within thirty days after commencement of employment, apply for and maintain membership in the Union as a condition of employment. Employees shall be regarded as on probation for their first days worked or ninety (90) calendar days, .curs first. The Company agrees to list monthly on the dues de- duction sheet, all employees who have terminated their em- ployment.
– Union Establishment. 2.01 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be members in good standing of the Union. The Company will continue to use the Union as a referral source for new job candidates.
