Trainer Premium. 20.01 An employee who is designated by the employer to act as a trainer and agrees to do so, shall be paid a premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour designated by the employer as training hours.
Trainer Premium. All Employees are expected to assist Employees with orientation to the workplace and to tasks. Notwithstanding this, when an Employee is designated by her Supervisor as a ‘trainer’ for any shift, the Employee will receive a 25 cent per hour training premium. This provision will not apply to Cooks and Senior Cafeteria Helpers.
Trainer Premium. This rate applies to qualified Employees who assist Management in training probationary Employees. Qualified Employees will be selected by the Department in conjunction with Human Resources. Trainer Premium = $1/hour for all hours so worked. Trainer Premium. An Employee assigned by the University to train a newly hired Employee shall be paid a Training Premium of 2% of their regular hourly wage, per hour, for those hours so assigned. Shift Leaders are not entitled to the premium.
Trainer Premium. 8 A differential of five percent (5%) over base rate will be paid to employees 9 designated by management as Parole Training Officer. A differential of three percent 10 (3%) over base rate will be paid to employees designated by management as Survival 11 Skills Instructor, or other trainer designation. The differential specified in this paragraph 12 8 will be paid for each designation. Management reserves the right to designate 13 trainers, determine qualifications, and remove the designation with ten (10) calendar 14 days’ notice.
Trainer Premium. An employee in the role of a Trainer shall be paid a premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) on all regular hours worked. The premium will not be paid on overtime, Statutory Holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty, Union leave, or any other time for which the employee receives pay but is not performing regular work. Employees who are currently receiving a Lead Hand premium will not be eligible for both, i.e. Trainer and Lead Hand premiums.
Trainer Premium. An employee who is designated by the Employer to act as a trainer and agrees to do so shall be paid a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours designated by the Employer as training hours. This article shall apply to gratuity positions only.
Trainer Premium. The Company reserves the right to select qualified employees to act as trainers, and employees training in all areas will receive a one dollar ($1.00) per hour premium while training, so long as the selected employee is not an Assistant Team Leader or Lead.
Trainer Premium. The Company and the Union recognize the benefits of training. It is agreed that an employee who is identified by Management to serve as a trainer to new or existing employees will be provided a trainer premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for all hours worked as a trainer. This premium is only applicable to employees specifically designated as a trainer by the Company. Senior employees will continue to maintain the role of serving as a mentor, providing guidance and sharing of information to new or junior employees.
Trainer Premium. A differential of three percent (3%) over base rate will be paid to employees designated by management as Field Training Officer, Continuum of Force Trainer or other trainer designation. The differential will be paid once even if an officer trains in more than one area. Management reserves the right to designate trainers, determine qualifications, and remove the designation with ten (10) days notice.
