Trainer Premium. 20.01 An employee who is designated by the employer to act as a trainer and agrees to do so, shall be paid a premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour designated by the employer as training hours.

Trainer Premium. All Employees are expected to assist Employees with orientation to the workplace and to tasks. Notwithstanding this, when an Employee is designated by her Supervisor as a ‘trainer’ for any shift, the Employee will receive a 25 cent per hour training premium. This provision will not apply to Cooks and Senior Cafeteria Helpers.

Trainer Premium. The Company reserves the right to select qualified employees to act as trainers, and employees training in all areas will receive a one dollar ($1.00) per hour premium while training, so long as the selected employee is not an Assistant Team Leader or Lead.
