Common use of The Product Clause in Contracts

The Product. The System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner must conduct the necessary studies and Interconnecting Transmission Owner and Affected Parties must construct the Network Upgrades needed to interconnect the Large Generating Facility in a manner comparable to that in which all other Network Resources are interconnected under the NC Interconnection Standard. NR Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer’s Large Generating Facility to participate in the New England Markets, in accordance with Market Rule 1, Section III of the Tariff, up to the gross and net NR Capability or as otherwise provided in Market Rule l, Section III of the Tariff. Notwithstanding the above, the portion of a Large Generating Facility that has been designated as a Network Resource interconnected under the NC Interconnection Standard cannot be a capacity resource under Section III.13 of the Tariff, unless pursuant to a new Interconnection Request for CNR Interconnection Service.
