The Equipment. (a) The Broadcaster, shall at the request of the Operator supply or cause to be supplied the Equipment to the Operator or has already supplied such Equipment directly or through suppliers nominated by it which are essential for receiving the Subscribed Channels being non-exclusively given herein.
