The Contractor undertakes to a) personally participate in a visit to the Kunsthalle Bratislava exhibition premises on the agreed date, participate in working meetings with the director of KHB and incorporate the acquired information into the preparation of the concept of the upcoming perfomance Compositions of Subjects and Meanings for Kunsthalle Bratislava in 26.1.- 29.1.2023
The Contractor undertakes to. 7.2.1 deliver the Product to the Client and provide Servicing in accordance with this Agreement.
The Contractor undertakes to. (a) keep all documentation and other papers and all discs, tapes and other media recording and will store the information entrusted within the Contractor’s possession, custody or control in connection with the Contract, secure and in such a way so as to prevent unauthorised access to such information;
The Contractor undertakes to o Comply with Eskom’s security and emergency regulations and procedures. o Ensure that staff presents themselves neatly dressed in uniform and exhibit suitable identification. o Carry out the work in an efficient and proper manner and immediately report to Eskom and difficulties in performing the work. o Provide all materials, labour, transport and equipment to carry out the services required. o Occupational Health and Safety Act no. 34-333, must be observed at all times. o After carrying out services, to leave are in a tidy, clean and hygienic condition. o Complete and submit to Eskom an inspection and service report for each site visited o Within 24 hours of learning that any equipment is found to be defective, to report the matter to Eskom and recommend action to be taken o All equipment found to be defective during inspection and testing shall be clearly marked or labelled with recommendation on repairs or replacement o The contractor may quote on the repair or replacement for any defective equipment. o Repairs or replacement may only be carried out if instructed by an Eskom Senior Supervisor by means of an official purchase order number. Any such replacement cost will be for Eskom’s account. o Inform Eskom Security, Northern Cape Operating Unit, in advance of arrival time of Contractor technical staff at substations, in order to make prior arrangements with Eskom technical staff to accompany and supervise the Contractor staff into the substation. o Contractor technical staff to be in possession of their PSIRA ID cards when working on Eskom sites.
The Contractor undertakes to. 1. provide the Customer with the Services in an appropriate manner, in the amount and within the terms provided for in this Agreement and Annexes thereto;
The Contractor undertakes to. 3.1.1. Ensure the provision of services in accordance with the Applications. If the information contained in the Application is insufficient for the provision of services under the agreement, the Contractor shall request the necessary additional data from the Customer.
The Contractor undertakes to. 5.1.1. provide the Customer with a workplace and provide other services provided for by the Tariff selected by the Customer.
The Contractor undertakes to. 5.2.1. Provide Services in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the terms hereof and in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Contractor undertakes to accept written and telephonic reports on defects covered by the warranty under this Contract, whereat a written report on a defect shall include also a message sent to the Contractor’s e-mail address provided in the header hereof. A report on defects sent by the Customer on the last day of the warranty period shall be deemed a report sent in a timely manner.
The Contractor undertakes to keep all documentation and other papers and other media recording and will store the information entrusted within the Contractor’s possession, custody or control in connection with the Contract, secure and in such a way so as to prevent unauthorised access to such information; immediately notify the Customer if it becomes aware that the information entrusted within the Contractor’s possession, custody or control in connection with the Contract has been communicated or disclosed to any unauthorised Third Party; return, delete or destroy upon the Customer’s demand all information provided to the Contractor without keeping any copies and if requested by the Customer, provide a certificate confirming that the requirements of this paragraph have been complied with in full, at his expense within five (5) Working Days following the Customer’s demand
