Warranty Period definition

Warranty Period. /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
Warranty Period means the period of validity of the warranties given by the Supplier commencing at completion of procurement of goods or a part thereof, if separate completion of the procurement of goods for such part has been provided in the Contract, during which the Supplier is responsible for defects with respect to the goods (or the relevant part thereof) as provided in GCC.27hereof.

More Definitions of Warranty Period

Warranty Period means the period of time that the Product(s) are covered by the warranty granted by Bitmain or its Affiliates in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement.
