The Contractor and Architect. Engineer shall provide a preliminary project schedule that includes but is not limited to all design and construction document submissions, long lead equipment items with necessary delivery dates, permit approvals, construction, start-up, testing, commissioning, beneficial use, final completion and other project milestones.. Contractor acknowledges that University Hospital is a 24/7 operation and that all services, construction and testing will be coordinated with the University Hospital personnel to minimize shut down of or disruption of services to any operation, including electrical service.

  • Contractor and H GAC agree that Contractor shall cooperate with the END USER at the time an END USER purchase order is placed, to determine terms for any liquidated damages.

  • General Contractor A building, construction, or contracting firm with whom Borrower has contracted or may in the future contract with for the construction of the Improvements pursuant to a certain construction contract between them (the "Construction Contract").

The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
