Termination and Renewal. 30.01 This Agreement shall become effective on the date of ratification and shall continue in effect up to and including June 15th, 2018 at which time it shall be automatically renewed unless either party gives notice to the other, not more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date, of its desire to enter into negotiation for the revisions or renewal of all or any part of this Agreement, and both parties shall thereupon enter into negotiations in good faith and make reasonable effort to secure a renewal.
