Student Attendance. Wattsburg Area School District ·warrants that it shall maintain records of student attendance in accordance with Appendix 3 of the 2003/2008 Guidelines regarding Private Alternative Educational Institutions as set forth on page thirty-six (36), items number 4a, 4b and 4c and the pupil attendance provisions under Chapter 11 of the State Board of Education Regulations. The specific method for maintaining attendance records shall be by daily physical check ofeach student through Bethesda's administrative and teaching staft� documentation of said daily physical check in a written attendance log, kept on file at Bethesda, with daily contact to each parent or guardian of said student if said student is not present when school 1s 111 session.
Student Attendance. If the district meets the state standard for student attendance, or in the absence of a state standard, attains an attendance rate of at least ninety-four percent (94%), all Members of the bargaining unit will receive Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
Student Attendance. The Erie County Technical School shall be responsible for maintaining the students’ attendance information. Instructional or support staff associated with the program will enter daily attendance information into the Erie County Technical School’s student information database. The Erie County Technical School further assures that pupil attendance provisions under Chapter 11 of the State Board of Education Regulations will be complied with in full.
Student Attendance. UNIVERSITY shall notify the FACILITY of student names and dates of attendance at FACILITY for purposes of the Internship. Students shall maintain documentation of his or her Internship attendance/hours and present for concurrence by the FACILITY.
Student Attendance. The School agrees that it shall comply with all state and federal laws and regulations and Institute policy concerning student attendance. Attendance of students at the School shall be in compliance with Colorado’s compulsory attendance laws, including, without limitation, hour requirements and the distinction made between excused and unexcused absences.
Student Attendance. The District and the Association agree to study the problem of student attendance record keeping, with the objective of relieving each teacher of as much of the clerical responsibility as is consistent with adequate attendance and census administration.

The Board of Juvenile Affair’s (XXX) shall establish a system of accurate logging and recording of student participation in instruction as necessary to monitor and report compliance with the compulsory student attendance provisions of Art. 13 § 4 of the Oklahoma Constitution, 70 O.S. § 10-105 and accompanying OSDE regulations.
