Site Preparation. RENTER agrees to provide uninhibited access and a clean and level installation site as outlined under site preparation definitions, below, for the delivery and installation of the equipment, as well as, for its retrieval. If the access passageway from the nearest public road to the installation site and/or the site are not prepared by RENTER in such manner then OWNER will, at his sole discretion, pursue one of two courses of action:
