Common use of Service linkages Clause in Contracts

Service linkages. 10.1 The purpose of key linkages is to maintain a working relationship of communication, consultation and inclusion. Those organisations identified in clause 10.2 are not exclusive and the EAP is encouraged to explore opportunities to develop and maintain key linkages with other organisations nationally, or within the region that enable and/or promote effective service delivery and achievement of the objectives of this service specification.
