Common use of Service Charge Clause in Contracts

Service Charge. Tenant agrees to pay a service charge equal to one percent (1.0%) per month or any portion thereof of any payment of monthly base rent or additional charge payable by Tenant hereunder which is not paid within fifteen (15) days from the date due, or of $25.00 per month or portion thereof, whichever is greater.
