Safe Operation. The Lessee shall take all steps necessary so as to ensure that the Ship should be navigated and operated in a proper, safe and xxxxxx-like manner and in the manner prescribed by any legislation, including Environmental Laws, in force in the state of registration for the time being of the Ship and all other applicable jurisdictions.

If at anytime your DMV record is updated or changed to include any moving violation or criminal occurrence after your initial application you must inform Company within 24 hours of the offense.

Business shall only allow trained employees to operate the CRB and, at all times, shall operate the CRB only for purposes the equipment is intended, in a safe manner, and consistent with the written operational instructions provided to Business by City. Business is responsible for training its employees for the safe operation of the CRB. Business will only use cardboard materials from its commercial property in the CRB. If Business has any reason to believe that the CRB is not functioning properly, then it shall immediately notify the City and cease use of the CRB until the issue may be resolved. The Parties agree that City is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to person that is a result of the operation of the CRB in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement or the continued operation of the CRB when Business knows, or reasonably should have known, that it was not functioning properly.
Safe Operation. Vessels shall be operated with due care and diligence to prevent injury to any person and damage to other vessels and the marina facilities.

POIS and its employees shall operate the Workstation for Inspections and/or for vehicle repair diagnostic procedures only in accordance with the Operating Manual, all other instructions provided by Applus, and all Laws. POIS shall ensure that the Workstation is used at such times and in such a manner as to ensure the safety of the public and POIS’s personnel. POIS shall immediately suspend use of the Workstation and so notify Applus’ Program Manager in writing upon any indication that a Workstation malfunction may affect the safety POIS’s personnel, or the accuracy of Inspection results.
