Agency Approvals definition

Agency Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 14.w hereof.

Agency Approvals means approval by the Agencies as an approved issuer in good standing, as more particularly defined in Section 6.07(b) hereof.

Agency Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(ff) hereof.

Examples of Agency Approvals in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the preceding sentence and to the extent previously approved, Seller shall take all necessary action to maintain all of its applicable Agency Approvals at all times during the term of this Agreement and each outstanding Transaction.

• To the extent required by applicable law or necessary to issue and/or service, as applicable, an Agency Security, the Seller and Servicer possess all Agency Approvals and are in good standing with each Agency.

• To the extent a Government Mortgage Loan is proposed to be the subject of a Transaction, Seller shall have received all required Agency Approvals set forth in Section 13(gg) hereof.

• Should Seller, for any reason, cease to possess all such applicable Agency Approvals to the extent necessary, Seller shall so notify Buyer promptly in writing.

• No event has occurred, and neither Seller nor Servicer has any reason whatsoever to believe or suspect an event may occur, prior to the issuance of the Agency Security (including a change in insurance coverage), which would either make Seller or Servicer, as applicable, unable to comply with the eligibility requirements for maintaining all such Agency Approvals or require notification to the relevant Agency or to HUD, FHA or VA.

More Definitions of Agency Approvals

Agency Approvals. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9(a)(xxiv) of this Agreement.

Agency Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(l).

Agency Approvals means approval by Xxxxxx Mae and GNMA, as applicable, as an approved issuer, by FHA as an approved mortgagee, in each case in good standing, and, to the extent necessary, by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to Sections 203 and 211 of the National Housing Act.

Agency Approvals means: (a) all approvals and requirements of FNMA necessary for Seller to sell Eligible Mortgage Loans to FNMA and/or to service Eligible Mortgage Loans; (b) all approvals and requirements of FHLMC necessary for Seller to sell Eligible Mortgage Loans to FHLMC and/or to service Eligible Mortgage Loans; and (c) all approvals and requirements of GNMA for Seller to be an approved issuer of securities comprising any Eligible Mortgage Loans.

Agency Approvals. As defined in Section 8(a)(viii) of this Agreement.

Agency Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12.
