Rights to the Service intellectual property rights
Rights to the Service. During the Term and subject to the terms of this Agreement, SEE Link hereby grants to Originating Broker a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to permit its Users to access the System and use the Service for Originating Broker’s own business purposes. Such use rights of the Users shall also be non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. The Originating Broker is authorized during the Term to use the System only in connection with use of the Service. No other use of the System is permitted. All rights in and to the System not expressly granted herein are reserved to SEE Link. The Originating Broker acknowledges and agrees that SEE Link shall own all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights (including all derivatives or improvements thereof) in the System and any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by the Originating Broker or any of the Users relating to the System. SEE Link reserves the right to make changes and updates to the functionality of the System and/or the Documentation at any time.
Rights to the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Edge Delta hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, worldwide right during the Term to access the Service and permit use in connection with the number Endpoints specified in the Order to use the Service solely for Customer’s own internal business purposes. Unless otherwise specified, the term “quantity” as used in the Order refers to the number of Endpoints that are permitted to access the associated product or service. Through Customer’s configuration and use of Connections and Services, Customer has control over the types and amounts of data from Customer’s Environment that are submitted for Processing by the Services (collectively, “Customer Data”). By submitting Customer Data to the Services, Customer hereby grants to Edge Delta the right, and is expressly instructing Edge Delta, to Process Customer Data during the Order Term in order to provide and support the Services and as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Rights to the Service. 2.1 All rights to the Service belong to MAPILab and are protected by copyright laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and by international treaties. This Service is not sold, this Service is licensed.

The Executing Broker is authorized during the Term to use the System only in connection with use of the Service. No other use of the System is permitted. All rights in and to the System not expressly granted herein are reserved to SEE Link. The Executing Broker acknowledges and agrees that SEE Link shall own all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights (including all derivatives or improvements thereof) in the System and any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by the Executing Broker or any of the Users relating to the System. SEE Link reserves the right to make changes and updates to the functionality of the System and/or the Documentation at any time. NUMBER OF USERS The Executing Broker is initially authorized to permit use of the Service by the Users listed and identified in the Letter of Acceptance. The Executing Broker may change the number or identity of the Users by sending to SEE Link in writing a request therefore (the “Users Change Request”). If the Executing Broker wishes to add new Users to the existing ones, the Executing Broker shall send the Users Change Request by courier, by mail, by fax or by e-mail to SEE Link and shall specify in the Users Change Request the name and the broker license number of the new Users, and shall provide a signed relevant statement by each such new User in the form prescribed by SEE Link, in accordance with the Operational Rules. SEE Link shall set up accounts for the new Users in the System and provide the Executing Broker with usernames and passwords for the new Users, within 3 (three) Business Days as of receipt of a duly submitted and complete Users Change Request and shall notify the Executing Broker thereof. However, SEE Link reserves the right to deny such Users Change Request if the Executing Broker is behind in making any payments due to SEE Link under this Agreement. Rights to the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Edge Delta hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right during the Term to access the Service and permit use within the limits specified in the Order to use the Service solely for Customer’s own internal business purposes. Through Customer’s configuration and use of Connections and Services, Customer has control over the types and amounts of data from Customer’s Environment that are submitted for Processing by the Services (collectively, “Customer Data”). By submitting Customer Data to the Services, Customer hereby grants to Edge Delta the right, and is expressly instructing Edge Delta, to Process Customer Data during the Order Term in order to provide and support the Services and as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Rights to the Service. The Service, specifications, script and computer hardware and software associated with the Service are proprietary to DriverFacts, and all applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets in the Service, specifications and script and computer hardware and software are rights of DriverFacts. This provision shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Rights to the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AssetBook hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right during the Term to access the Service and permit the number of individual users specified in the Order to use the Service solely for Customer’s and Customer’s client’s own internal business purposes (“Authorized Users”). Unless otherwise specified, the term “quantity” as used in the Order refers to the number of Authorized Users that are permitted to access the associated product or service. Because the service is a hosted software offering, you will get the benefit of any updates that we install on our servers throughout your subscriptions.
Rights to the Service. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the CalAmp iOn Hours Service™, any copies of any software, hardware, firmware, content or other materials related to the Service, and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are, and shall remain, the property of CalAmp. Title to all software, hardware, firmware, content, and other materials related to the Service shall remain with CalAmp. Except as expressly stated in this XXXX, Customer is not granted any intellectual property rights in or to the Service by implication, estoppel or other legal theory, and all rights not specifically granted in this XXXX are reserved by CalAmp. CalAmp permits Customer to use the Service only in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.
Rights to the Service. Xxxxx retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all software used to provide the Service and all graphics, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks reproduced through the Service. This Agreement does not grant Customer any intellectual property license or rights in or to the Service or any of its components. Customer recognizes that the Service and its components are protected by copyright and other laws.
