Right to Object. Prior to the publication of its Results, the publishing Party shall submit to the other Parties for review a draft of the publication. Each other Party shall have [60] days to request the disclosing Party to: withdraw any Confidential Information provided by it, in which the affected Party shall use their best efforts to provide scientifically meaningful equivalent information for such deleted Confidential Information. postpone, for no more than [6] months, the publication of the Results for which the affected Party wishes to file a patent application (as the case may be, pursuant to Section 7.7.2).
