RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. Section 1. The City, through the Commissionof Public Safety, has the sole right to manage the Police Department, including the right to maintain order and efficiency, and this right may be delegated in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter and City Ordinances.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. At its own expense, the CITY shall have the following responsibilities regarding the execution of the Contract by the CONSULTANT.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. City shall designate representatives of the City who will be authorized to make all necessary decisions required of the City on behalf of the City in connection with the execution of this contract and disbursing funds in connection with the program.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. The City shall agree to provide necessary access to its employees and records and to respond to requests for information and comment in a timely manner. FEES AND EXPENSES The all-inclusive professional fee for the project is $20,000. The fee is payable as follows: $10,000 Task 2, when the summary report is submitted. $10,000 when final report is submitted. QUALIFICATIONS OF PROJECT MANAGER XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX, HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICE LEADER Xxxx Xxxxxxx brings more than twenty five years of experience in public sector human resources administration and labor relations to the Xxxxxxx Center. She served for more than eight years as the Personnel Director for the town of Watertown, Massachusetts, where she negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements on behalf of Town management. Additionally, Xxxxxxx has worked as the Interim Human Resources Director for the Town of Braintree, the Assistant Personnel Director for the Town of Barnstable and as a volunteer recruiter for a non-profit agency. Xxxxxxx has served since 2000 as a management Member of the Joint Labor Management Committee for Police and Fire where she has mediated with unions and costed out contract provisions. She has conducted over 100 classification and compensation and benefit reviews. She has performed human resources audits and drafted numerous human resource policies and personnel plans. Xxxxxxx has conducted training programs on a wide range of human resources topics, including leadership training, performance appraisal, progressive discipline, and sexual harassment prevention.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. It shall be the responsibility of the City to update and maintain any and all policies/procedures, rules/regulations that pertain to employees of the Muncie Police Department. All employees will be provided an electronic copy (PDF) of the above and such will include updates or changes 5 days prior to the effective date.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITY. In the event that the City asserts any claim for warranty services hereunder and such claim relates to any matter that is determined not to be InterDev’s responsibility hereunder (including any problem with the City’s computer hardware or the Software that was not caused by any Services performed by InterDev), the City will be responsible to pay InterDev for all evaluation, correction or other services performed by InterDev relating to such claim on a time and materials basis at InterDev’s then lowest billing rates.
