Common use of Residential Use Clause in Contracts

Residential Use. use the Said Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Buyers use or allow the Said Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Buyers shall also not use or allow the Said Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
