Common use of Residential Use Clause in Contracts

Residential Use. The Allottee shall not use the Apartment or permit the same to be used for any purpose other than residential or for any purpose which may or is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to the occupiers of other Units or for any illegal or immoral purposes.
