Common use of Residential Use Clause in Contracts

Residential Use. use the Said Flat for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer use or allow the Said Flat to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Buyer shall also not use or allow the Said Flat to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, serviced apartment, mess, chummery, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.

Residential Use. use the Said Flat for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer use or allow the Said Flat to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Buyer shall also not use or allow the Said Flat to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouseguest house, serviced apartment, mess, chummery, hostel, boarding househotel, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
