Required Personnel. A. The Employer will identify the services required during suspended operations and notify employees required to work in accordance with the Employer's suspended operations procedures. Personnel required to work during suspended operations will be identified by the employer dependent upon the situation and will be notified as far in advance as is reasonable and practical. Upon request, the Human Resource Services will make the suspended operations written procedures available to an employee.
Required Personnel. Requirements for personnel for the Project are set forth in Exhibit B, including the following: (1) required titles of personnel, (2) minimum requirements per title, (3) estimated hours per title, and (4) Maximum Allowable Direct Salary Rate per hour per title. If the commencement date (i.e., the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed) is more than twelve (12) months after the date on which the Engineer submitted its Fee Proposal for the Contract, the Commissioner may, by written directive, increase the Maximum Allowable Direct Salary Rates per hour set forth in Exhibit B.
Required Personnel. A. Required personnel are employees who are required to be physically present on the work site to perform work during suspended operations.
Required Personnel. Each proposal/grant is required to have, at a minimum, an authorizing official, a project director and a fiscal officer. See page 7 for a description of each. This information must be kept current.
Required Personnel. Each claiming unit must designate a claiming unit employee as the claiming unit’s coordinator or MAA program contact. This single individual is designated within the claiming unit to provide oversight for the implementation of the time study and to ensure that policy decisions are implemented appropriately. Required Personnel. Licensee must have a designated representative, with the Authority to act on behalf of the Licensee, to be present at all times indicated on the Event Schedule Form. Licensee hereby designates the following person(s) as representatives(s) with the authority to act on behalf of Licensee:
Required Personnel. Any incomplete proposal may be eliminated from consideration. If a proposal is considered to be incomplete the next lowest price offer will be evaluated for completeness. Past Performance: A proposal determined to be complete will be evaluated by the Government through CPARS and must have an overall “Satisfactory” rating for the last five years (minimum of three and maximum of six ratings will be evaluated). If a vendor does not have CPARS evaluations then they should submit evaluations provided by state, county, local, or other private entities for the same time period (a minimum of three and maximum of six ratings will be evaluated). If less than satisfactory evaluations are found the Government will contact the vendor to determine the cause and outcome of the evaluation. Required Personnel: A resume for each of the required personnel must be included with the proposal at the time of submission. These resumes will be evaluated per the standards set in the X.X-1 Summary of Services, section C.1.5. Required Personnel. Resumes should be a maximum of two pages and include a minimum of two and maximum of five professional references.
Required Personnel. Based on size, attendance, location, or type of event the Chief of Police or designee may require a minimum number of OPD officers and/or supervisors.

Seller has designated Xxx Xxxxxx as Purchaser's primary contact and Xxx O'Drobinak as Purchaser's secondary contact with respect to the Transition Services; provided, however, that Seller may at any time designate one or more individuals to replace Xxx Xxxxxx or Xxx O'Drobinak and serve as Purchaser's primary and/or secondary contact. Such designee(s) shall be responsible for ensuring that the Transition Services are available to Purchaser. In addition, such designee(s) shall coordinate with Purchaser to ensure that Purchaser has access, as defined herein, to all computer systems, hardware and software that are required in connection with the delivery of the Transition Services. Purchaser has designated Xxxx Xxxxxx as Seller's primary contact and Xxxxx Xxxxxx as Seller's secondary contact with respect to the Transition Services. A list of the personnel Seller contemplates assigning to provide the Transition Services is attached hereto as Exhibit A together with each employee's current annualized salary and Seller's good faith estimate of the amount and duration of such employee's time allocable to performing the Transition Services.
