Required Personnel. A. The Employer will identify the services required during suspended operations and notify employees required to work in accordance with the Employer's suspended operations procedures. Personnel required to work during suspended operations will be identified by the employer dependent upon the situation and will be notified as far in advance as is reasonable and practical. Upon request, the Human Resource Services will make the suspended operations written procedures available to an employee.

Required Personnel. Requirements for personnel for the Project are set forth in Exhibit B, including the following: (1) required titles of personnel, (2) minimum requirements per title, (3) estimated hours per title, and (4) Maximum Allowable Direct Salary Rate per hour per title. If the commencement date (i.e., the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed) is more than twelve (12) months after the date on which the Engineer submitted its Fee Proposal for the Contract, the Commissioner may, by written directive, increase the Maximum Allowable Direct Salary Rates per hour set forth in Exhibit B.

Required Personnel. Any incomplete proposal may be eliminated from consideration. If a proposal is considered to be incomplete the next lowest price offer will be evaluated for completeness. Past Performance: A proposal determined to be complete will be evaluated by the Government through CPARS and must have an overall “Satisfactory” rating for the last five years (minimum of three and maximum of six ratings will be evaluated). If a vendor does not have CPARS evaluations then they should submit evaluations provided by state, county, local, or other private entities for the same time period (a minimum of three and maximum of six ratings will be evaluated). If less than satisfactory evaluations are found the Government will contact the vendor to determine the cause and outcome of the evaluation. Required Personnel: A resume for each of the required personnel must be included with the proposal at the time of submission. These resumes will be evaluated per the standards set in the X.X-1 Summary of Services, section C.1.5. Required Personnel. Resumes should be a maximum of two pages and include a minimum of two and maximum of five professional references.
