Representation of Interest. Landlord and Tenant shall each have the right to represent its respective interests in such proceeding or negotiation with respect to a Condemnation or intended Condemnation and to make full proof of its claims. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx each agrees to execute and deliver to the other Party any instrument which may be required to effectuate or facilitate the provisions of this Article 14.
