Common use of Remaining Terms of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Remaining Terms of the Agreement. Except to the extent specifically provided herein to the contrary in this Amendment, all terms, conditions, understandings and agreements between the Parties, as set forth in the Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the respective Parties, as set forth in the Agreement.
