Reimbursement for Expenditures. (1) The Company shall reimburse the Consultant for necessary and documented expenditures for travel, telephone and postage, incurred in performing his tasks in the context of the present Contract.

Reimbursement for Expenditures. The Lessor may elect, but is not obligated, to pay money, or otherwise to perform any act that requires the expenditure of money, because of the Lessee’s failure or neglect to perform any Lease provision. If the Lessor, acting reasonably, pays money or performs such an act, the Xxxxxx agrees to reimburse the Lessor all of the amounts expended, plus a charge of five (5%) percent on those amounts.
