Rating Agencies. (a) Notwithstanding Section 6.05 of this Agreement, during the Current Special Rate Period, the Fund will use its best efforts to maintain a long-term preferred share rating of the VRDP Shares by at least one Rating Agency, provided that the Fund shall not be required to maintain such rating at any specific ratings category level.
