Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than 30 days after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report.
Project Reports. The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester, or with such frequency as the Association and the Recipient shall agree in writing. The Recipient shall ensure that each Project Report contains an update on the implementation of the activities under the Procurement Plan.
