Preliminary Drawings. The number of calendar days, following receipt of necessary approvals of the Schematic Drawings, within which the Architect shall furnish complete Preliminary Drawings and outline specifications for review by the Owner, DCM, and the SDE and shall furnish an estimate of the Cost of the Work for the Owner’s approval.

Preliminary Drawings. 1. Due to the special nature of the project, prior to preparing any drawings, Tenant shall participate in a kickoff/coordination meeting to discuss any special conditions that may affect the design of the Premises and to review the Tenant Criteria.
Preliminary Drawings. 1.16.1. The Consultant shall develop sufficient types and numbers of drawings to convey the design concepts being proposed. Drawings to be produced shall include but shall not be limited to: Floor, equipment, and piping plans, sections, elevations, and details.

Combined ground to grid scale factor and Basis of Bearings. • Property Layout and Land Ownership • Plan and Profile Sheets - Show existing and proposed utility mains and existing services, storm sewers, driveway locations, fittings, and proposed surfacing and drainage items. The utilities should be shown in profile as well. Design Criteria elements like profile grades, “K” values, vertical and horizontal curve data should be included. • Plan sheets shall 11”X17” and shall be prepared utilizing the latest City of Rapid City Drafting Standards.

Preliminary Drawings. Tenant shall submit for Landlord’s approval preliminary drawings (“Preliminary Drawings”) prepared by an architect licensed in the State of California. The Preliminary Drawings shall show a general rendering of the storefront, interior layout, signage, and all other Tenant’s Work. Landlord shall notify Tenant of its approval or disapproval within ten (10) business days of receiving the Preliminary Drawings. If Landlord disapproves the Preliminary Drawings. Landlord shall specify the reasons for the disapproval, and Tenant shall within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord's disapproval, send Landlord revised Preliminary Drawings addressing Landlord's comments. This procedure shall be repeated until Landlord has approved the Preliminary Drawings.
