Landlord shall specify the reasons for the disapproval, and Tenant shall within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord's disapproval, send Landlord revised Preliminary Drawings addressing Landlord's comments. This procedure shall be repeated until Landlord has approved the Preliminary Drawings.
