Position with the Company. Executive will be employed by the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company and shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). As President and CEO, Executive shall (i) manage the day to day affairs and operations of the Company, (ii) have the duties and powers customarily associated with the office of the president and chief executive officer of a significant business enterprise, and (iii) perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board may assign to him from time to time, which will be consistent with his position. If requested by the Board, Executive will also serve on the Board (and on the board of any of the Company’s Affiliates) and provide services to the Company, or any of its Affiliates, in such capacities as may be requested from time to time by the Board, all without additional compensation.
Position with the Company. During the Term, Executive will serve as the Company’s VICE PRESIDENT, SALES and will perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer will assign to Executive from time to time.
Position with the Company. During the Term, Executive will serve as the Company’s CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER and will perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company’s Board of Directors will assign to Executive from time to time.
Position with the Company. During the Term, the Company shall employ Executive as its President and Chief Executive Officer, and shall recommend Executive for election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Executive shall report directly to the Board, and all other officers of the Company shall when acting in the ordinary course of the Company’s business report directly or indirectly to him. Executive shall have all of the customary powers and duties associated with his position.
Position with the Company. Executive will be employed by the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. Executive shall have the duties and powers customarily associated with such offices and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the CEO or the Board of Directors (the “Board”) may assign to him from time to time, which will be 32993599 consistent with his position. If requested by the Board, Executive will also serve on the board of directors of any of the Company’s Affiliates and provide services to the Company, or any of its Affiliates, in such capacities as may be requested from time to time by the CEO or the Board, all without additional compensation.
Position with the Company. You will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. You may be called upon to serve in other capacities from time-to-time during your tenure with the Company. You will faithfully and diligently perform all duties commensurate with these positions, including those duties directed by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to whom you will report directly.
Position with the Company. Employee will serve as General Manager of the Company and Executive Director of the Group Companies and will perform such duties and responsibilities of an Employee nature or a similar nature as the Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries and other affiliates (the "Group Companies") may assign to him/her from time to time. The place(s) of Employee's work will be Weifang, Shandong Province, PRC and he is expected to travel on business from time to time.
Position with the Company. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall serve as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time.
Position with the Company. While employed, Employee shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). As the Chief Financial Officer, Employee shall: (i) manage the day-to-day financial and administrative affairs and operations of the Company and each of its subsidiaries; (ii) have all of the duties and powers customarily associated with the office of the Chief Financial Officer of a significant business enterprise; and (iii) perform such responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer or the Board may assign to him from time-to-time, which will be consistent with his position. Employee will also provide services to the Company, or any of its Affiliates, in such capacity as requested from time-to-time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board.
Position with the Company. The Executive is hereby employed as the President of the Company, and the Executive accepts such employment, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In that position, Executive shall be responsible for (a) obtaining the Company's requirements for sports trading cards and Sports Collectibles for resale to the public, and (b) performing such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Chairman of the Company (the "Chairman") or by the Managers of the Company (the "Management Committee").
