Common use of Payment of Commission Clause in Contracts

Payment of Commission. i. PACS shall be paid commission at the rates fixed by OSCSC and in consonance with the decision of GoI for the quantity of paddy procured and accepted by millers of OSCSC. Mandi labour charges shall be paid as per decision of the DLPC.
