Payment of Artist’s Equity Dues. The Engager shall deduct working dues as directed by Equity from the Artist's contractual fees and remit same to Equity upon receipt of an invoice from Equity in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of payment outlined in Clause 11:12, Remittances.
